The Champs-Elysées Global Language Club is a web-based Flash / PHP subscription management application developed to allow customers to access audio and PDF files, and an interactive magazine viewer. The user interface design was created with usability in mind for both customers and site administrators. The application was built using Flash, PHP and MySQL. Flash was used for the application as it allowed the website to be rapidly developed and launched within 10 days. The PHP code base is fully extensible to serve various file formats in a secure manner and the subscription engine is simplistic and highly flexible.
