I have been creating new digital products and services since 2002. I have vast experience of various technologies and I am comfortable with both design and development. This has led to many small but successful business creations and sales over the past few years.

I have been a website designer and developer since 2002. I have vast experience of large-scale, high-traffic websites built using software popular content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal and Magento together with bespoke PHP and MySQL. Put it simply, I provide websites and web applications for my customer that not only look great but perform to the highest standards.

I approach user interface design with an open mind and begin the process of designing a customer's journey through your website by making sketches and notes. Research and understanding consumer behaviour also helps the process evolve.

I have deployed user interfaces on many platforms including the desktop, kiosk/physical installation, mobile devices and the web browser. I am educated to Masters level Interaction Design which has given me vast knowledge of UI design and the suitability of design within different social and cultural scenarios.

I have been designing for print since receiving my first commission at the age of 14, I used copy and paste, with real glue! I now use various software applications when designing for print including: Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. My print design work ranges from simple leaflets and posters to more complicated projects such as CD and DVD artwork.

Photography is a real passion of mine and I have been taking photos since childhood. My photographic work varies from project to project; I particularily enjoy photographing moments in nature and this is where my main strengths lie. The bulk of my work is based in nature photography and live action. I hope you enjoy looking at my photographs.

This selection of animation and video work was produced using a mixture of software and technologies such as Adobe After Effects, Premier, Flash and 3D Studio Max. My current animation work is focussed around the new features of HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery. I tend to be more of a website designer and developer these days however I am experienced at producing multimedia in a variety of forms which provides me with a thorough insight into the lifecycle of digital media projects.

Having previously designed and created advertising content such as website banners and creative for American, European and Australasian markets, I have good knowledge of both UK and international markets, and their associated seasonal trends. My work has been published on sites such as: Guardian.co.uk, Economist.com, About.com, Easyjet.com and Nationalreview.com, using a mixture of static, animated and interactive media. Each banner design is tailored to match both the marketing message and stylistic attributes of the host website.
