This is a super simple module that provides a token for use in meta tags so that paginated pages will have a page reference number in the HTML title tag e.g.
Page meta title - Page 2
Although there are page number tokens already available in Drupal, this module only displays if the ?page= query string is within the URL. This means you don't end up with the index page of paginted list having a title such as Page meta title - Page 1.
