2013 was a truly horrible year for my close family culminating in the death of my brother-in-law - Sacha Fayers - on Christmas day. He died after a very long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. You can find out more about Sacha here: http://laissez-fayers.org/

Cystic Fibrosis is an underfunded disease that affects many people and it's effects are different in each individual. To help the fight against Cystic Fibrosis and to raise money in the memory of Sacha, I will be taking part in a fundraising walk in Richmond Park this weekend. 2010 has been one of those roller-coaster years of sadness and great opportunity.
