Aheadworks Blog Tweaks
I have finally sorted out the Aheadworks Blog so that duplicate URLs are a thing of the past. Check at the live example at: audiomates.com/blog. My changes to the module also include integration with Yoast Canonical URLs, this fix is a simple template change and doesn't involve editing the Yoast module. Nice!
I have also reworked the aw_blog Google sitemap file generation code. It was a very simple fix in the end, check out my fix for this issue here: Aheadworks Blog Google Sitemap Fix.

Just been setting up another Magento multi-site install and thought I would share how to make sure that URLs are rewritten to their proper format. So, you have been through the process of creating your domains, websites, stores and have set up your root categories and are just about to start adding products to each websites. Wait! Make sure you visit the URL rewrite management page first to make sure your category URLs are working correctly.
