The Languages Direct website was designed to complement a printed catalogue sent via direct mail to around 40,000 subscribers. The website is an integral part of of the company's integrated marketing strategy and has proved very successful in converting both organic and pre-qualified into paying customers. The website was developed using Magento Commerce, a custom theme and a collection of third-party modules to provide enhanced functionality and control over store administration and front-end look and feel.
The site design and associated media were designed using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator before the design was transferred to an custom Magento template. I also provided newsletter design and a basic of Pay Pay Click (PPC) advertising campaigns so the client had a strong online marketing foundation from which to develop the business.
